Our Architectural Services are directed by Architect Tobias Guggenheimer who is the principal architect of Tobias Guggenheimer Architect, PC., established in New York in 1991. He founded Globalreach Design Inc., based in the Philippines, in 2007. Guggenheimer gained valuable experience through internships at Haines Lundberg Whaeler in New York City and Peter Gisolfi Associates in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York.

Throughout his career, Guggenheimer has operated from various locations including Evergreen & Boulder, Colorado; Dobbs Ferry, New York; Makati, Philippines; Ordot, Guam; and Bainbridge Island, Washington. He has designed over 45 residential projects in the Village of Tuxedo Park, New York, as well as numerous homes, renovations, and restorations in various locations including Colorado, New York, Washington, the Philippines, and Guam.

Other notable projects include the renovation/restoration of Imlagh, once the home of Pierre Lorillard, founder of Tuxedo Park, where Guggenheimer curated a collection of art and antiques sourced from India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. He also restored Frank Lloyd Wright’s Edward Serlin House in Usonia, New York, and provided technical consultancy for Frank Lloyd Wright’s Reisley Residence.

Guggenheimer’s portfolio extends to designing country headquarters for the Asian Development Bank in Kolonia, Micronesia and Majuro, Marshall Islands. For Peninsula Hotels, he designed a flagship restaurant, executive lounge, and presidential suite. He has also designed a variety of restaurants, multi-family buildings, shops, garden structures, and other architectural typologies. Additionally, for Full-Stack Modular of Brooklyn, NY, he investigated parametric, modular solutions for private residences, mid-rise apartment buildings, and a nursing home.
